The purpose of conducting a cross-section of knowledge is to monitor the quality of training of students to determine compliance with the requirements of state educational standards of higher professional education of the Kyrgyz Republic in the areas /training specialties of the Eurasian International University.


The main objectives of conducting a cross-section of knowledge are:
- establishing compliance of learning outcomes with the requirements of standards of higher professional education;
- obtaining objective information about the quality of education at the University.


During the procedure for monitoring students’ knowledge, the following can be:
- measured the residual knowledge of students who have completed the study of disciplines and who passed the exam on them;
- knowledge in the disciplines studied at the time of the self-examination was measured.


All students of the group, all directions/specialties and all courses of study (except 1st year) who have completed the curriculum in accordance with the approved working curriculum are subject to a knowledge test. Knowledge sections are carried out both in general education and in specialized disciplines. The frequency of assessments for students is no more than once a year.
